Mindful Movement Class

Our Mindful Movement Class blends exercise, mindfulness, and relaxation to ease pregnancy discomforts, anxieties and help prepare you for labor. This class includes community discussion about pregnancy and childbirth, yoga postures, breathing techniques, “Spinning Babies” positions for optimal fetal positioning, meditation, and positive affirmations. No movement or meditation experience required. Beginners welcome!

All participants should wear comfortable clothes they can move in as well as bring a yoga mat.

This class is for BRBC clients in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters. Group is offered monthly and can be taken more than once. (Please no partners due to limited space.)
