Bond with baby while connecting with other parents and caregivers in the community! Join a fun-filled class with yoga postures, breathing exercises, basic infant massage, music, storytelling, singing, and more. This is a relaxed space where you can be yourself and babies can play, eat, talk, cry, and nap as needed.

Please bring a receiving blanket for baby and a yoga mat. All other props and materials will be provided. Class is geared toward babies 4-weeks to early walking.

Due to limited space, registration includes 1 caregiver and 1 baby. A minimum of 2 couplets must be registered for the instructor to hold the class.
